Release Heart. Step Back.

Maybe,
in a parallel universe, 
you may be the love of my life.

But it is too late in this universe now.

I need you to take a step back, 
to value truth, justice and righteousness.

To stay away from you 
may be among the biggest heartbreaks of my life
because I feel that we may have been right.

But time is not in its proper order, 
and we met at the moment when love is forbidden.

So please, 
allow me to become the person 
that my spirit wants to remain.

Because although I yearn to be with you, 
I would rather be lonely 
than ruin the many other lives 
whose happiness depend on our being apart.
